Would you like to be a far more confident person than you are at present? Do you feel that you have a low self-esteem? Are you jealous of other people, people such as members of your family or friends? A few years ago I would have answered yes to all of the above questions but I have now managed to find ways that have helped me to become a far more care-free and happier person.
