A durry is basically a floor covering, somewhat resembling a rug, woven on a loom using cotton or silk yarn, goat or camel hair, or jute and wool. It may be used as a throw rug, a bedside rug, to cover corridors and passages or even replace a carpet. The hundred year old traditional of durry weaving continues.
